Quality

Standards applied from fill to final carton

Every presentation in the range moves through the same four control stages, so the product a clinician opens matches the specification published for it.

01

Formulation & fill

Sterile filling under controlled classified conditions, with checks on concentration, fill weight and closure integrity for every batch.

02

Device assembly

Pens are assembled and tested for dial accuracy, dose window legibility and terminal cap retention before cartoning.

03

Serialisation

Each carton carries a unique identifier alongside batch and expiry data, positioned consistently across the portfolio for rapid verification.

04

Cold chain

Distribution is specified for 2 to 8 °C with light protection throughout. Cartons are designed to keep temperature sensitive contents shielded in transit.
